• We will arrange subsidies for green roofs.

    – We are the company implementing the project and our goal is to utilize subsidies for green roofs for the customer, whose objective is to keep rain water in the region, which would be otherwise lost in the drainige system. We can provide expert assesment as well as any necessary documentation.

  • We will insulate and make hydroisolation for the greenery.

    – For the implementation of the green roofs is needed 2% to 45% slope and the static carrying capacity. Weight after greenery is min. 170kg/m2. If insulation needed, it is possible to make the sloping layer even on the flat roof with polystyrene decks.

  • We will provide nice and functional greenery.

    – We will design an ideal composition as needed or wished with possibility of the maintenance. We provide numerous options according to our technical dokumentation.

Green roofs

Our priority are the green roofs which we are able to profesionally install on the building. We use PVC foils that are UV stable and certified against unwanted root growth. The green roof significantly extends the PVC foil persistence.

Hydroisolation

Hydroisolation and insulation of roofs, balconies and terraces is done by welding the PVC foils and melting the asphalt strips. On such hydroisolation it is then possible to apply paving, also usable on larger surfaces, or to set up the green roof – a beautiful and functional investment. In addition, the green roof cools the building in summer and isolates it in winter.

Reconstruction of flat roofs

Majority of our orders are roof re-builds. It is necessary to avoid future complications during the planning phase. That´s why we recommend a consultation before roof build in order to think about the long-term best solution, even though the price would be higher.

Blending atics

Nowadays it is possible to buy high-quality tiling. However, the application of such has to also be done professionally. We use quality silicones and mastic, the screws are covered in colour too.
